Pricing:

Q. What are the setup costs?
A. We're pleased to let you know that there are no setup costs for Transplug. That's because Transplug is SaaS. Everything is already set up for you. All you have to do is buy, configure and use.
Q. How is per user costing calculated?
A. Unlike most communications licenses, Transplug's per user costing does not need you to pay for usage or bandwidth. The monthly fee only goes towards application licensing, support and real-time upgrades, updates and new features.
Q. Can I upgrade/ downgrade number of users and how does pricing get affected?
A. Transplug upgrades and downgrades happen in blocks of 10 users. Each time you cross the number of available users, you buy a pack of 10 users. When the number of unassigned users goes over 10 users, you are automatically downgraded by one pack of users.
Q. Are there separate charges for support?
A. There are NO separate charges for support. Support is provided through our support ticketing system which you can access once you are logged in to your Transplug administration space. Support is also provided over e-mail at support@transplug.com.
Q. Are there separate charges for different clients? (web, mobile, desktop)
A. There are NO separate charges for different interfaces. You can simply download and use.

Administration:

Q. Can administrator block/restrict certain users from using Transplug?
A. Yes. An administrator can block and restrict users from using Transplug either by putting the users in a group that is denied access to all other groups or by simply deleting the user account. We recommend deleting the account for more efficient consumption of your purchased user blocks.
Q. Can I have two administrators to administer?
A. Yes. You may assign as many administrators as you may like. However we recommend that you restrict the number of administrator to one only to prevent misuse.
Q. Can conference chats be logged?
A. Yes. Transplug fully logs all conferences. Both locally as well as centrally.
Q. Can logs be filtered and queried upon?
A. Yes. Logs can be filtered by users and dates and can also be searched through.
Q. What format are logs available in and which formats can it be exported to?
A. Logs are available in XML and Delimited Text formats and can be exported to applications that support either type.

Usage:

Q. Is there a limit on the number of users, which can log in simultaneously?
A. None at all. Transplug scales seamlessly to accommodate as many users are you may wish to have.
Q. What is the maximum number of users, which I can have?
A. No limit. You can add as many users to your Transplug space as you would like.
Q. What is the maximum number of groups, which i can have?
A. No limit. You can add as many users to your Transplug space as you would like.
Q. Can chat be conducted from web to desktop and vice versa?
A. Yes.
Q. How good is Transplug with icons / customization?
A. The Transplug user community continuously creates customizations for the Transplug clients. These customizations are tested, approved and made available over e-mail.
Q. Can I integrated web client within my website for chat support?
A. As of now, this functionality is not built into Transplug, however, in future version, website widgets for Transplug will be built. You will be kept updated on feature developments over e-mail.

Q. What kind of Support is available?
A. Transplug support comes either through the support ticketing system which can be access once you log in to your Transplug space or by e- mail through support@transplug.com.
Q. What kind of hardware is required for desktop & web clients?
A. Any computer that can run an internet browser can run the desktop and web interfaces of Transplug.
Q. Can I get some additional features added?
A. Transplug is SaaS. Though we cannot add features secifically for users, you can either try Transplug Realtime, the product that powers Transplug, or put in a feature request in the forums and depending on the feature's popularity or criticality will be added in future versions.
